From her experience in the Maharat Program Mariana Khanuyan, who suffers from hearing impairment, said that the subjects discussed in the training course helped her in overcoming her fear caused by her disability, and she is now confident of herself, this will help her in successfully participating in the workforce without hesitation.

At Maharat, I gained many skills that are making my job much easier. Upon graduating from the program, I felt that I was ahead of my mates who graduated with me at the same time in terms of having the practical skills and knowledge related to the work place.
